Admission Requirements Lorna Otto Preparatory School welcomes applications from students of diverse backgrounds who demonstrate academic potential and a commitment to our school values. The admission requirements include:

• Completed Application Form:  Available below for pre-registration or at the school office.
• Academic Records: Submit the most recent report card or transcript (transfer applicants).
• Recommendation Letters:  Two letters of recommendation from either current school, J.P. Minister of Religion.
• Entrance Exam:  Successful completion of the Lorna Otto Preparatory School entrance examination.
• Interview:  An interview with the prospective student and their parents/guardians.
